Consistency is the engine: Leadership is built through daily, predictable actions. There is no „day off” in the process of earning your companion's trust.

Monitoring through IDF: The only objective measure of progress: Do not rely on intuition. Use the Digital Journal to measure progress through the three critical pillars: the Intensity of reactions, the Duration of focus and the Frequency of desired behaviours. The numbers do not lie.

Empathetic Leadership & Self-regulation: Your dog is your mirror. The IDF Journal (Intensity, Duration, Frequency) helps you identify how your inner state influences your dog's IDF parameters, giving you full control over the pair.
